Manage Your Upcoming Appointment

This guide walks you through the simple steps to reschedule your appointment for a better time or cancel your appointment entirely using the GFiber app or your online GFiber account.

Reschedule an Appointment

Using the GFiber Mobile App

Before you start, download the GFiber App for Android or iOS.
  1. Sign in to the GFiber App.
  2. Tap the Manage button.
  3. Tap Reschedule.
    The Google Fiber app 'your appointment' screen. There are three links at the bottom: 'Reschedule' (circled in red), 'Add to calendar,' and 'Cancel appointment'.
  4. Select the new appointment you'd like and tap Continue.

  5. Review your appointment details and tap Confirm appointment.

Using the GFiber Online Account Portal

  1. Sign in to your GFiber account.
  2. Click the Mange button.
  3. Click Reschedule.
  4. Select the new appointment you'd like and tap Continue.
  5. Review your appointment details and tap Confirm appointment.

Cancel an Appointment

Using the GFiber Mobile App

Before you start, download the GFiber App for Android or iOS.

  1. Sign in to the GFiber App.
  2. Tap the Manage button.
  3. Tap Cancel appointment.

  3. Tap Cancel appointment.
