GFiber Fee Schedule
Last modified: May 27, 2025The GFiber Fee Schedule describes certain fees associated with the GFiber Services that customers ("you") may purchase from Google Fiber Inc. or its subsidiaries (“GFiber”). GFiber and Google Fiber are the brands through which we bring you the Services. Any purchase and use of the GFiber Services described below are governed by the Google Fiber Terms of Service. Any terms that are capitalized below but not defined in this document have the same meanings specified in the Google Fiber Terms of Service.Equipment Replacement Fees
Your GFiber Services may come with certain equipment, such as devices that allow you to access the internet, create your Wi-Fi network, and operate your Phone Services if you have GFiber Phone. The specific equipment you receive will depend on your Service plan, will be disclosed to you during signup, and will also be shown in your GFiber account.Regardless of your Service plan, you will be required to pay the applicable Replacement Fees, plus applicable taxes, if you lose or damage any of the equipment owned by GFiber listed below.- If you cancel all of your Services, you must return all of the equipment provided to you as part of the Services (except for any additional equipment you purchased directly from us, the Fiber Jack and inside wiring) in working condition and with all accessories such as power cables and remote controls.Please do not remove the Fiber Jack or inside wiring.
- You must return your Phone Box if you cancel your GFiber Phone Service.
- If you do not return the applicable equipment in good working order within sixty (60) days after your applicable Service is terminated, you will be responsible for the applicable Replacement Fees below, plus applicable taxes.

| Google Wifi | San Antonio market:If your Services were installed before April 15, 2020, the first Google Wifi device you received is yours to keep, even if you discontinue your GFiber Services. You will be required to return any additional Google Wifi devices if you discontinue your GFiber Services, and the Replacement Fee is $70 per device.If your Services are installed on or after April 15, 2020, you may receive up to two Google Wifi devices, which you will be required to return if you discontinue your GFiber Services, and the Replacement Fee is $70 per device.All other markets: You may receive up to two Google Wifi devices, and the Replacement Fee is $70 per device. |

Purchase Additional Equipment
Depending on your Service plan and location, additional devices may be available to purchase, while supplies last. Each additional device that you purchase is yours to keep, even if you cancel your Services in the future. The price for each additional device is listed below.
