Quext Managed Wi-Fi Overview
Quext Managed Wi-Fi, powered by GFiber, gives you fast, reliable internet from the moment you move in — no equipment, no installation, and no waiting.

All you need to do is sign in, set up your account, and connect your devices.
Download the Quext Resident App and Sign In
- Scan the QR code below to download and install the app.

- Turn on Bluetooth (required for door access).
- Open the app and sign in using the username and password provided by your property manager or Quext. Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.
- Tap Sign In, then allow Bluetooth and location access.
- Create a 4-digit PIN and choose PIN or biometric login.
Set Up Your Internet
Your GFiber connection is already installed — you just need to activate it in the app.- Open the Quext Resident App and go to the Internet tab.
- Tap Start setup.
- Choose your internet product (Home 3 Gig).
- Tap Begin setup.
- Add a payment method and tap Save.
- View your Wi-Fi name and password, then connect your devices.
Quext manages support for your building. For help anytime, use the Get Help chat in the Quext Resident App (available 24/7).
Yes. Your Wi-Fi is active on day one, so you can connect right away — no technician visit needed.
Your service is tied to your lease and unit. If you move within the building, you’ll receive new login credentials for your new space.
Yes. Even though the system serves the whole building, your network is private and encrypted to keep your connection secure.
Billing is managed in the Quext Resident App. To activate service, you’ll need to add a payment method during setup.
Billing occurs on the first of each month. You can update your payment method anytime in the Quext app.
Your home includes pre-installed hardware optimized for GFiber service.
You can connect your own router using the Ethernet ports, but for the best performance and a fully managed experience, we recommend using the provided equipment.
