Use An Existing Google Voice Number

If you already have a Google Voice number you want to continue using as your GFiber Phone number, it's a simple process.

Important: These features are only available with the Google Voice version of GFiber Phone. If your phone portal has changed, these steps may not apply.

To add an existing Google Voice number to your plan:

  1. Sign in to GFiber using your email and password. You’ll see your account page.

  2. Under Plan Details, click Change plan.

  3. In the Overview section, under Additional Services, click Add to plan below GFiber Phone.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions and select Use your current Google Voice number; then complete the GFiber Phone setup flow. Once completed, GFiber Phone will use your Google Voice number.
