At the start of each billing cycle, we'll email you a link to your bill. You can also view and download your bill anytime in your GFiber account or the GFiber App.

What’s On Your GFiber Bill
Your bill includes a summary of all current charges and adjustments, which may include:
- Monthly GFiber service for the current billing period
- Any added devices or equipment
- Applicable taxes and government fees
- Previous payments or credits
- Adjustments to your account
- International call charges (for GFiber phone customers)
