View and Download Your GFiber Bill

We’re updating our billing experience to make payments easier to manage. As we make these improvements throughout 2026, how you view and download your bill may look slightly different from the information below. 

At the start of your billing cycle, we'll send you an email with a link to your monthly bill. You can also download a sample bill to see a detailed explanation of each section.

View and Download Bill via the GFiber Mobile App

Before you begin, download the GFiber App for Android or iOS.

1. Sign in to the GFiber App.

2. Go to the Account tab. Your amount due appears under Billing info.

3. In the Billing Info section, tap Manage payments.

4. You’ll be directed to your account portal in a browser window. 

   1. If prompted, sign in with the Google account linked to your GFiber service. 

   2. If you’re already signed in to a different Google account, sign out first and then sign in with the one linked to your GFiber service.

5. Tap View Statements.   

View and Download Bill via the GFiber Online Account Portal

You can also view and download your bill in your GFiber account. 

1. Sign in to your GFiber account.

2. In the Billing Info section, click Manage payments.

3. Under Statements, click View statements.

4. Select the statement you’d like to view, or click Download to save your statements as PDFs.
