Pay Your GFiber Bill

Learn how to easily pay your GFiber bill through your account or the GFiber App.

We automatically charge your primary payment method on your bill’s due date — so there’s nothing you need to do each month. If you’d like to pay early, you can do that once your statement has been generated and your account shows a balance due.

We recommend adding both a primary and secondary payment method to your account. This helps prevent any interruptions if a payment is ever declined due to an expired or lost card. If your service has been suspended or your account is delinquent, you’ll need to reinstate your account by paying your balance in full.

Using the GFiber Mobile App

Before you start, download the GFiber App for Android or iOS.

  1. Sign in to the GFiber App.
  2. Go to the Account tab. Your amount due appears under Billing Info.
  3. Tap Manage payments.
  4. Tap Make payment.
  5. Choose a payment method from the dropdown menu. 
  6. Select your payment amount.
  7. Tap Confirm and pay.

Using Your Web Browser Account

You can also make an early payment in your GFiber account

  1. Sign in to your GFiber account.
  2. In the Billing Info section, click the Manage payments button.
  3. Click the Make payment button.
  4. Choose a payment method from the dropdown menu. 
  5. Select your payment amount.
  6. Click Submit payment.
