Find Your gFiber Wi-Fi Password
To view your Wi-Fi password, sign in to the gFiber App or gFiber web portal, go to the Network section, and select Show Password. For Google Wifi or Nest Wifi Pro devices, manage settings in the Google Home app.

In the bottom navigation bar, tap Network.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Show Password.
Your Wi-Fi network password will appear on the screen alongside a QR code for easy sharing.
Find password in the gFiber Web Portal

Sign in to your gFiber account.

In the left menu, select Network.

In the Primary network section, click Show password.
Your Wi-Fi network password will appear in the popup window.
Frequently asked questions
No. For your privacy and security, gFiber customer support agents do not have access to your Wi-Fi password and cannot change it for you. You can view or update it anytime using the gFiber App or web portal.
If you use a Google Wifi or Nest Wifi Pro device, your network is managed through the Google Home app rather than the gFiber App. If you have an older Network Box, you will need to upgrade to a supported gFiber router at no extra charge to access this feature.
In the gFiber App or web portal, go to the Network section, select your primary network settings, and edit the primary network password field. Save your changes to apply the new password. Note that changing your password will disconnect all currently connected devices until you update them with the new password.
